The lagoon style swimming pool has a fountain and palm tree island and contains a lighting and optional heating system. Various plants are around in constructed boxes with an automatic irrigation system. Due to the height of the walls around the patio and pool area despite being on a development this zone is completely private and secluded. Close to the stairs of the rooftop terrace is the outside shower with hot and cold water settings. Upstairs on the rooftop terrace that is 117m2 is a further pergola with drapes to keep the sun off, a further table and chairs for entertaining, built in BBQ in the blue dome area a white exterior leather bed for relaxation and jacuzzi. There are many more attributes to these villas property wise but what is also special is the services the development will have to offer. This includes a gym/social club, restaurant and catering service, gourmet supermarket, 24 hour interpreter, laundry, reception that will assist in booking taxis, hire cars excursions etc, 24 hour security system and on site guard.
