Roy Cottrell challenge.
May 22nd saw a full house turnout for the annual Roy Cottrell Augusta Park stableford competition played in typical glorious Tenerife weather conditions. Why is it that when there are strong winds or other adverse conditions there’s always someone who manages a great score but given benign conditions the winning score is usually around net par? A great day was had by everyone with the presentation being held informally on the terrace bar after the competition.
