We all know how vibrant the island of Tenerife has become over the last few decades making it one of the most popular holiday destinations for many young people. Another reason a lot of people like this area is that it is easy to access being close to the TF1 motorway and the area boasts one of south Tenerife's best schools called Colegio De Costa Adeje (it used to be known as the Humboldt School) as well as some shops too which is why El Madronal is quickly becoming one of the most sought after areas of the island these days. Anyone wanting to invest in a property on the island should consider this area as it has to be considered as a great investment.
