Accommodation leans towards the luxury side too up in the alto!
Definitely the pace is slower here than in Playa de las Americas, San Eugenio Alto is the more rural co-joined resort area to San Eugenio and Costa Adeje on the coast. So if you're looking for an event quieter base, yet with easy access to many good resort amentities nearby then San Eugenio Alto is a good choice.
The Aquapark and the brand new Siam Park are in this area, plus Puerto Colon Harbour means boat trips and diving excursions are on your doorstep. There are numerous commercialshopping centres in the area offering a choice of bars, restaurants and tax free shops. San Eugenio Tenerife makes a perfect family holiday base, and offers a quieter atmosphere than more bustling adjacent Playa de las Americas.
