The finca is located only 500m away from the botanical garden. Near enough to walk down town in a few minutes but far enough outside to have silence and privacy.
Big subtropical garden with roofed/heated swimmingpool (all year swimming), sunbath-areas, boule-lane. The guests can also use a gym with sauna, library with Internet-PC, outside finca-kitchen with barbecue place.
Alle vacation rentals / holiday rentals are equiped on high level with e.g. heating (living- and bathroom), SAT-TV, safe, telefone, internet-access.
