This document contains the Terms & Conditions of a _RentaI Agreement between LJED Property Management (LJEDPM) and Holidaymaker (The Client).
The property is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by LJEDPM (the Agent).
Deposit of £50 per week is due when the client confirms the booking. The following cancellation charges will apply: - 42+days= deposit, 28-41days= 50%, 14-27days= 75% and 0-14days= 100%.
Balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before start of rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the Agent reserves the right to give notice in writing, that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
The Client is strongly advised to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party\\\'s personal belongings, public liability etc., since this is not covered by the Owner\\\'s insurance.
The rental period will commence at 1600hrs on the first day and end at 1000hrs on the last day. The Agent (LJEDPM) will not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the Client will not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.
The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of persons agreed on when confirming booking.
The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
Without delay, the Client will report to the Agent (LJEDPM) any defects to the property or breakdown of equipment/appliances within the property or terrace. Repair or replacement will take place as soon as possible.
The Agent (LJEDPM) will not be liable to the Client:
1. For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of Public Services to the property.
2. For any loss, damage or injury resulting from adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strike or other matters beyond the control of the Owners.
Under no circumstances will the Agents liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Agent for the rental period.
The Client will be subjected to a 20 euro callout charge if the problem is due to the Client. e.g. lost keys.
