Compostella Beach Golf III   Rental Conditions:   Payment can be made by either personal cheque or bank transfer to sterling or euro account. A non refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is required at the time of booking. The period shall be reserved for a maximum of 7 days to enable travel arrangements etc. to be made. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure we receive the deposit within the agreed 7 days. The balance is due 8 weeks before your UK departure date. A £100 security deposit is required with the final payment. This is returned within 10 days of ourselves receiving the key back, and pending a satisfactory apartment inspection. The apartment should be vacated by 10.00 am local on the day of departure. The apartment may not be available until 1.00 pm on the day of arrival.
