Garden City   Rental Conditions:   A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before the departure date or immediately if the booking has been made within 8 weeks of the departure date. A refundable security deposit of a £50 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys, and provided that our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment.
