The Villa has 3 floors with a bathroom on each floor. On the ground floor is the lounge dining area and kitchen. The lounge has 2 sofas, 1 being a Sofabed, TV, DVD, V9 & V10 both have British TV. ie. BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV & Channel 4. The dining table has seating for 6 people. The kitchen has a washing machine,oven,4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster & microwave. On the 1st floor are 2 Twin bedrooms, one with 3 beds and the other has 2 Beds, both with a balcony also a Single Bedroom. On the second floor is a large bedroom with balcony and a Ensuite bathroom. The villa has an iron & ironing board and a safe There is a small garden and patio downstairs. The villa has access to the complex and pool area. The villa is supplied on a self-catering basis i.e. the villa is cleaned before your arrival and supplied with clean linen, a linen change is provided every week for 2 or more weeks holidays, extra linen changes and cleaning can be provided if required for a small charge. There are a good selection of bars with or without entertainment, restaurants, Indian, Chinese, Italian, Spanish or even Fish and Chips and shops near the apartments. In the complex itself are 2 swimming pools ,1 small one for children, 2 supermarkets and 2 bar/restaurants. Sunbeds around the pool are available free of charge. Away from the apartments Los Cristianos is a 10 minute walk along the promenade for more bars, restaurants shops and the harbour. In the other direction is the more lively Las Americas with more entertainment bars and night clubs.
The Rental cost is FROM £650 (975 euros) per Week for upto 6 Persons. 7/8 Person, £770 and 9/10 pers £840.
