We have this 3 Bedroom Penthouse in the Parque Santiago II Complex which sits near the Beach in Playa de Las Americas and a Shortish walk down to the Town Centre and Los Cristianos, Las Vistas Beach and the Harbour. The Penthouse has Air Conditioning.
Three Bedrooms with Twin Beds, Two Bathrooms, The Penthouse sleeps 5/6 persons. A huge lounge with a Sofa Bed settee, Dining area with Table and Chairs, Television with British TV (ie. BBC 1, BBC 2 & ITV), a DVD and a CD Radio, The kitchen with all necessary requirements i.e. Fridge, Microwave, 4 Ring Cooker, Grill, Hob, & Washing Machine.
The Lounge has huge glass sliding doors, open onto a 40’ long Balcony with the Sun on it until Late Afternoon, with 2 Sunloungers and table and chairs and a Parasol. Views of the Sea, Mountains and the Resort.
The Main Bedroom has a Twin bed with floor to ceiling wardrobes
The 2nd Bedroom has a Twin Beds with again with floor to ceiling wardrobes.
The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Single Beds with again with floor to ceiling wardrobe.
The main and second bathroom
contains a shower and hand basin, and toilet, etc.
The Complex is situated only a short walk from the Weekly Market which is on every Sunday, with many Bargains to be had and a great place to get those presents to take home and many shops and Good restaurants are within a very short walk away including a large supermarket.
It is only some 10/15 minutes walk to the port of Los Cristianos, and by a very frequent Taxi Service for only £3.50, (5 euros).
Excellent Large Heated swimming pool with children's section (salt water) with plenty of sunbeds and brollies for everyone, no getting up early to fight over them either. No floaties allowed in pool as sunbed man checks daily, also passes issued for sunbeds to stop unwanted visitors.
A good play area for the younger ones with a small pool fenced off from the
main pool area. 50 metres to a choice of beaches. Los Cristianos, Las Vistas Beach is a short flat coastal walk of 5 mins, Bahia del Duque a beautiful white sand beach in the picturesque area of Del Duque is a 30 mins coastal walk,
The Compostela Beach and the Torres Del Sol is also a 5 min Walk as well. Parque Santiago II has beautiful tropical gardens, swimming pools, sun terraces, restaurants and shopping centre, recommended for people seeking a central, lively type of holiday. Good for families and elderly people wanting to be on flat ground. There are also five restaurants on the complex including an
excellent Chinese (must try barbecue ribs - delicious!).
No entertainment on site but no problem as plenty going on down the road if you want it
