APARTMENT

This apartment is a spacious studio flat in Port Royale, overlooking the attractive fishing village of Los Cristianos.

There are two full size single beds and a couch-bed. All utensils are supplied for four and the dining table seats four. Linen and towels are changed weekly.

It is therefore suitable for a couple or three adults or a couple with young children. It is unsuitable for single-sex groups or four adults.

The newly refurbished studio apartment offers a large sunny terrace for relaxing or sunbathing. There are spectacular sunset views from the terrace looking over the mountain, sea and town.

Here you may wish to enjoy a relaxing glass of Ron Miele while you prepare the evening barbecue. The terrace has seating for four people and also two sunbeds. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only please.

There is an American kitchen with hotplate, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with over bath shower. TV with satellite connection.

Access to the flat from the road is achieved on one level, but the pool is on a lower level, so some steps are involved.

RESORT

Port Royale is an Andalucian village style complex. It has a resort swimming pool (heated in winter) and is a peaceful spot in which to relax. There are laundry facilities and internet cafe on site. A well stocked small supermarket and a family-friendly Italian restaurant are adjacent. Many good restaurants and bars are within minutes' walking distance. Taxis to town are readily available and cheap, but you may prefer to walk to the fishing harbour, old town , Sunday Market or beach ( all about 10 minutes walk) and perhaps get a taxi back, as it is uphill ( so about 15-20 minutes walk).

Several good golf courses are about ten minutes drive away. A car hire company operates on site.
